Dioey Bautista is a senior executive with extensive international experience. He has held key executive roles in several leading organisations culminating in his position as Vice-President of a multi-national oil company. He operates a successful chain of restaurants a Manpower Agency and serves as the administrator to his family’s extensive property portfolio.

Dioey’s experience covers ISO 9002 and all aspects of Operations, including Facilities Management, Engineering, Supply & Distribution, Health as well as Safety & Environment.

After Graduating from De La Salle University, Manila, Philippines in 1984,with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. As a licensed Mechanical Engineer, Dioey is highly motivated and results driven with a work attitude of ‘never stop until the job is done’, he adapts well to change, is open minded as well computer literate. Noted for his hands-on, no nonsense management style and his well-proven techniques for achieving results beyond expectation, this is a person who leaves the people he meets with a positive and lasting impression. He enjoys being involved in all aspect of the planning, development and implementation procedures.

In addition, he is an accomplished speaker with a passionate, knowledgeable approach that is well articulated that ensures the enthusiastic attention of his audiences, whether it is mentoring to small groups of senior executives or delivering skills and attitude development sessions to various levels within an organisation. Furthermore, he is extremely comfortable working with large groups hence the enormous number of invitations he receives from around the globe to contribute as a conventions speaker. He is multi-lingual being able to communicate with ease in English, Tagalog and most of the local Philippine dialects.
